Once the booking is confirmed, our operations team prepares the vehicle to our standard checklist, handles any required documentation (especially for Singapore-bound trips), and arranges delivery or pickup at the agreed time and location. During the rental period, our 24-hour roadside line is active, and our office team is available during business hours for any changes or questions.

Cross-Border Singapore Rental

Designed for the busy Malaysia–Singapore corridor. Whether you're commuting for work, visiting family, or heading across for a weekend, our cross-border vehicles come pre-approved with the documentation needed for CIQ clearance at both causeways. Comprehensive cross-border insurance is standard.

For travellers who want to explore Malaysia at their own pace. We provide a touring-ready vehicle, printed and digital route guides, a pre-loaded GPS device, and accommodation recommendations. The car is prepared for extended trips — tyres, spare wheel, coolant, and air conditioning are all checked.
